The cooking is the work of Chef Wee (เชฟวี วีรพล คำเกษม), who came to the kitchen from computer graphics and fell for cooking. Day & Night dresses its houses in what it calls classic vintage style. Many of the pieces are rare old collectables, things Europeans once used every day: suitcases, cameras, compasses, telephones. Every corner is designed and arranged with care.
