Where the heat hits hard and the flavors get real. This is the heart of our kitchen: the sound of metal meeting flame, the smell of fresh local ingredient. Every dish that comes out of this section is born from the fire of a wok: bold, quick, and unapologetically Thai.
It's the taste of the canteen we grew up with, reworked for today: louder, brighter, and just the right amount of chaos. Because here at Local Canteen, the wok doesn't follow rules. It makes its own.
