Our brick oven was crafted in Naples, Italy, and carefully shipped to Thailand. The dining room has two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, one over the quiet lake, the other onto Canal Village. Walk in and the oven is the first thing you see, behind an angled counter where fresh pizzas wait to be served.
