Every bowl starts with the noodle. Pick one of the four, then say duck or chicken. The Thai names are the ones to point at.ทุกชามเริ่มจากเส้น เลือกหนึ่งในสี่เส้น แล้วบอกว่าเป็ดหรือไก่

That is how the board on the wall reads. The top half is duck: noodles with any of the four, duck soup without noodles, and duck on rice.
