Sea Salt sits at the water's edge on Phrabaramee Road in Patong. Tables run along a covered terrace and through a dining room whose tall wooden windows fold open to the sea, and lounge seats are sunk around a still pool just above the rocks.

Share plates are made for the whole table: a seafood platter, a lobster platter, the tomahawk, and surf and turf. The grill takes Australian premium beef, free-range pork and seafood. Around them come appetizers, salads and bowls, pasta, soups and desserts, with Thai dishes such as massaman curry and lobster pad thai.
