FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost?
- Your own page with your menu is free, and free to keep. Taking orders and payments, marketing and the point of sale come with the paid plans, each at a fixed monthly price. The prices are on the pricing page. There is no setup fee.
- Can I keep using the delivery apps?
- Yes, and we expect you to. Delivery apps bring you new customers. Your own page is for the people who already know you: they look up your menu and opening hours, order ahead for a party, or pick up at the counter. The two work side by side.
- How long does setup take?
- Most restaurants are live the same day they sign up. There is no setup fee. Import your existing menu, connect PromptPay, and you can start taking orders within minutes — not hours.
- Do I get a POS and kitchen display?
- Yes. The platform includes a full point-of-sale for dine-in and takeaway, VAT-ready receipts, and a kitchen display that receives tickets the moment an order is placed — whether at the counter or online.
- Is it Thai-tax and VAT compliant?
- Yes. Receipts include VAT calculations at the rate you configure (standard 7%), and orders sync to your accounting records. The system is designed for Thai tax compliance from the ground up.
- How do customers pay?
- Thai QR / PromptPay: customers scan and pay straight into your own bank account. Cash at the restaurant works too. Card payment is not available at present.
- Do I own my customer data?
- Yes. Orders and customer details belong entirely to you.
- Can customers order for pick-up and delivery?
- Yes. Customers can order for pick-up, and for delivery when they order ahead and choose a time, which suits party trays and catering. You set how much notice you need. For everyday delivery within the hour, the delivery apps are the right tool.
