Precise location is optional. We use approximate area data to keep the service secure and to understand which areas our customers come from. Precise location is collected only after you explicitly opt in, and is used solely to show you offers and content relevant to where you are. We store only your most recent precise location — never a location history — and you can turn it off at any time in your account settings, which immediately deletes the precise location we hold.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on the following bases:

• Contract performance — to fulfil orders and provide booked services
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other applicable obligations
• Explicit consent — for any optional data collection
• Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention and security

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active.
• Transaction records: Retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
• Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe.
• Approximate location: Retained with security and usage logs for up to 12 months.
• Precise location: Only your most recent position is kept, and only while precise location is switched on; it is deleted as soon as you switch it off, and automatically after 90 days of inactivity.

• Stripe / Omise — payment processing
• Vercel, Inc. — web hosting
• Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
