Summary (not a substitute for reading the full terms): Krobjob provides online ordering, POS, and business tooling for restaurants. Orders placed through a restaurant's page are fulfilled by that restaurant, and payments go to the restaurant's own payment account. Questions are welcome at support@krobjob.com.

1. Parties

These Terms govern the relationship between Krobjob, operating as Krobjob ("we", "us"), and any person ("you", "customer") who uses our services through this website.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the site's configured currency and include applicable taxes where required by law. We accept payments via PromptPay, cards (Stripe/Omise), and other supported providers. Prices may change without notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders: Once a restaurant has accepted an order, cancellations and refunds are handled by the restaurant in line with the Refund Policy and applicable Thai consumer protection law.

Products: Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Krobjob will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the price of the product or service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
