Refund Policy

1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to merchant subscriptions purchased from Krobjob (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 000000000), operating as Krobjob, through krobjob.com. It does not govern refunds between a merchant and their end-customers — those are handled by the merchant's own policy using the tools Krobjob provides.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Krobjob subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- After cancellation: Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again.
- Partial months: We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing month that has already been charged.
- Annual plans (when available): Unused months may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion. Contact support within 30 days of the annual charge.
3. 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid Krobjob plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To claim this guarantee:
- Email us at support@krobjob.com within 14 days of your first charge.
- Include your account email and the reason for your request.
- We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and cannot be combined with promotional pricing or free trial periods.
4. Founding access (free tier)
During the founding-access period, Krobjob is provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund for free-tier accounts. When paid plans launch, founding members will be notified in advance before any charge is made.
5. Merchant-to-customer refunds
Krobjob provides tools for merchants to issue refunds to their end-customers (e.g. a restaurant issuing a refund for a cancelled order). These refunds are initiated by the merchant and processed through Stripe. Krobjob is not a party to the transaction between the merchant and their customer, and is not responsible for merchant refund decisions.
If you are an end-customer who made a purchase from a business powered by Krobjob, please contact that business directly for refund assistance.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@krobjob.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks that are later found to be unwarranted may result in account suspension. We will work with you in good faith to resolve billing disputes quickly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Krobjob after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
