FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- Is it really commission-free? What does it cost?
- Founding restaurants who join now pay 0% commission — we take nothing from your orders. This is a deliberate launch offer for early partners. Pricing for new restaurants joining later may change, but your founding-member terms are locked in when you sign up. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription to get started.
- How is this different from GrabFood, LINE MAN, or foodpanda?
- The delivery apps take 25–35% of every order and own the relationship with your customers. With us you get your own branded ordering page — customers order directly from you, the order data is yours, and you pay zero commission as a founding partner.
- How long does setup take?
- Most restaurants are live the same day they sign up. There is no setup fee. Import your existing menu, connect PromptPay, and you can start taking orders within minutes — not hours.
- Do I get a POS and kitchen display?
- Yes. The platform includes a full point-of-sale for dine-in and takeaway, VAT-ready receipts, and a kitchen display that receives tickets the moment an order is placed — whether at the counter or online.
- Is it Thai-tax and VAT compliant?
- Yes. Receipts include VAT calculations at the rate you configure (standard 7%), and orders sync to your accounting records. The system is designed for Thai tax compliance from the ground up.
- How do customers pay?
- Thai QR / PromptPay is available from day one — customers scan and pay straight into your bank account, with no extra fees. Card payments via Stripe are also available for international guests. Additional payment methods are being added.
- Do I own my customer data?
- Yes. Orders and customer details belong entirely to you. There is no middleman sitting between you and your guests — unlike the delivery apps, which own the customer relationship and can cut you off at any time.
- Can customers order delivery and pickup?
- Yes. Your ordering page supports both delivery and pickup orders placed directly through your own branded page — not through a third-party marketplace.
