Tier-0 · Live
Put the restaurant online from a phone in about five minutes.
Start with only the necessary details, review both menu languages, then publish a krobjob.store page with its QR and restaurant inbox. On mobile, every step opens and closes separately so nothing spills beyond the screen.

- Time
- About 5 minutes
Before you start
Have the restaurant name, phone, hours, a logo or storefront photo, and a readable menu ready. Use one menu page at a time, or paste the menu text on a slow connection.
01Create the restaurant account45 sec
Use the owner email and create the restaurant identity.
- 1Open Quickstart and choose the simple Tier-0 path.
- 2Enter the restaurant name, owner email, phone, and preferred language.
- 3Confirm that the restaurant name is spelled exactly as customers know it.
Open QuickstartDone when
The restaurant account opens and the correct restaurant name appears in Admin.
02Add restaurant details45 sec
Give customers enough information to recognize and contact the restaurant.
- 1Add the public phone, address, and short description.
- 2Choose the opening hours for each service day.
- 3Add a clear logo or storefront image if one is ready.
Done when
The profile preview shows the current phone, address, and hours.
03Scan or paste the menu90 sec
Create editable menu items without retyping everything.
- 1Upload one clear menu photo or PDF page, or paste menu text.
- 2Keep the screen open while extraction finishes.
- 3If the menu is long, import it in smaller groups and save each reviewed group.
Done when
Editable menu rows appear with names, descriptions, and prices.
Open menu importIf something goes wrong
If you see “Unexpected token R” or “Request EN...” is not valid JSON, the scanner received an upstream service error instead of menu data. Retry once with a smaller image. If it continues, paste the menu text and continue onboarding. The app now keeps this as a readable scan error instead of attempting to parse it as JSON.
04Review English and Thai90 sec
Make both customer languages useful before publishing.
- 1Check that English text is in the English fields and Thai text is in the Thai fields.
- 2Correct every price and remove scanner artifacts.
- 3Add a short translation where one language is missing, or leave the source language clear rather than inventing details.
Done when
Switching the preview language changes both item names and descriptions where translations exist.
If something goes wrong
“Invalid input” usually means a missing item name, a price that is not numeric, an unsupported upload, or too many rows in one request. Fix the highlighted row and save a smaller group.
05Add hours and photos45 sec
Make the public page accurate enough to share.
- 1Confirm opening and closing times, including closed days.
- 2Upload one strong wide image and a legible logo.
- 3Preview on a phone and check that important content is not cropped.
Edit business profileDone when
The mobile preview has current hours and images with no horizontal overflow.
06Publish the .store URL and QR45 sec
Create the restaurant direct channel.
- 1Confirm the slug after krobjob.store/.
- 2Publish, then open the public URL in a private browser window.
- 3Download the QR and scan it with another phone.
Done when
The QR opens the correct menu without an admin login.
Open domain and QRIf something goes wrong
If an older version appears, publish again and refresh without cache. Confirm that the slug belongs to the current restaurant.
07Test the restaurant inbox30 sec
Confirm the @krobjob.store address can hold a customer conversation.
- 1Open Inbox and confirm the restaurant sender name.
- 2Send a message to an external email you control.
- 3Reply from that external inbox and confirm the reply returns to Krobjob.
Done when
Both the outbound message and inbound reply appear in the conversation.
Open restaurant inboxIf something goes wrong
Check spam first. If sending works but replies do not arrive, the krobjob.store receiving domain or inbound webhook needs review.
